Hey Peter, The reason for the 1-3 weeks is because we rushed the process a bit to get the book out (hence, the lack of cover art still) I'm not sure if they have stock in or not yet. But if someone orders the book, they'll get it.
Hopefully very shortly the cover art will be up and the shipping time will be normal.
I know Barnes and Noble has it in stock, but for some reason, Amazon is a slower beast (a cumberson apatasaurus)

Yep, it's on Amazon, but they say 1 to 3 weeks shipping. Do you know if they actually have stock on hand?
