My short story now an audio production!!!

"At the End of the Time Jump" is a short story I wrote back in 2005, and to my delight, it's now out in AUDIO form!

Paeter Frandsen over at Spirit Blade Productions is putting out some awesome audio stories in the sci-fi/fantasy/horror genres that revolve around a Christian worldview. I am honored to be a part of that now!

My story is read by talented voice actor, Christina Boyd. Produced by Taylor Kent and Paeter Frandsen. And mixed and directed by Taylor Kent (who runs Snark Tank Productions)

Here's the link to my story "At the End of the Time Jump"  Enjoy!

Awesome! I'm listening to it right now. Christina Boyd's voice is awesome. There's even a bit of a computery sound to her voice. Perfect for sci-fi.

Cathikin,
Thanks so much!

Hi Angie,
Yeah, I'm blown away by the great reading!

Hey Chris,
I feel like Christina's reading completely enhanced the story...hope you enjoy it!

I just finished the story. I'll probably link it (or this post) on my blog tomorrow. I really enjoyed it, Brandon, and I, too, thought the reader's voice was perfect.

Oh yeah, Brandon! I loooove Spirit Blade! Great story, great production company . . . what a match up!
Paeter lives near me (I think you may have told me that) I haven't met him, but hope to one day! One of his friends joined CWOW (Christian Writers of the West) here in Phoenix.
Well, another "Brandon blast" out there! Can't wait to hear it!

Hi KM
You know, Arizona ain't that far from Southern California, maybe we'll all wind up at a convention or something...That would be fun :)

Totally, then you could sign my WHEN THE SKY FELL copy ;0) (And, of course, any others that may be in my little hands. . .American Midnight perhaps?)

I just had to give you my follow-up opinion. ;)
Wow, I loved that! Every part, but the ending was my favorite. You're such a great writer, Brandon! God has truly blessed you.

Chris,
Thanks for your kind words! I'm still learning constantly, and I learn as I write and read. Persistence in the face of rejection, my own doubts, and negative emotions is the only way I've made it this far.
This very story was critiqued by several different groups...I had some very positive reviews, and some very negative ones...so even with this story (like every story I write) I had moments where I loved it, and moments when I thought it wasn't worth a darn.
